If Nothing Changes, This Is What Usually Continues...

Dr. David Allan, DC, has spent over four decades studying the body through movement, reflexology,
and holistic health. His work has been recognized by pioneers and educators across the field.
David Allan received his first Reflexology Certification from the International Institute of Reflexology over 40 years ago. It is great to see how he has blossomed into such a great doctor and educator in reflexology, as well as in all the other modalities and methods he has created.
David Allan is one of the most masterful bodyworkers I know. I have always been impressed by his energy, thoroughness, and dedication to exploring human movement. He understands the principles of Embodiment deeply and continues to expand and innovate in the ways he helps people heal.
David Allan is a highly skilled reflexologist and educator who has made great contributions to the practice of reflexology. I am grateful that David has brought his inspiration and vast knowledge to my Reflexology Training Center in New York City, and I value his support and friendship over the past forty years.
It has been my privilege to know David as a superb healer for over forty years. He has the rare gift of remaining an eternal student, continually exploring new ways to help his patients achieve better health and a higher quality of life. David has also been a highly respected presenter at professional conferences and conventions around the country.
There’s always something new to learn, and every author, including David, has gems of wisdom to impart. For David, that means across a variety of media—whether in his writing, as a presenter, or as an instructor in the classroom. David makes learning easy and fun while upholding the highest standards.
Over three years, Dr. Allan presented monthly continuing education seminars for Back To Chiropractic CE Seminars, delivering valuable clinical training to chiropractors. Doctors consistently appreciated his depth of knowledge, practical approach, and ability to translate complex biomechanics and movement concepts into techniques they could immediately apply in practice.
I came for healing and stayed for continuous improvement. Dr. David Allan is a skilled healer, a health expert, and a teacher who helped me move beyond years of limitation. Thanks to his care and guidance, I am now able to walk pain-free for miles. On a scale of 1 to 10, he is clearly an 11.
I was told by multiple specialists that I needed immediate spine surgery. Instead, I chose to work with Dr. David Allan. That was 20 years ago—and I never had the surgery. I am doing well today thanks to his knowledge, care, and guidance.
Dr. Allan is not your average chiropractor—he is both a scientist and a healer. He has a remarkable ability to identify the true source of pain and resolve issues that other practitioners could not. If you’ve tried everything else without success, I highly recommend him.
After dealing with a persistent elbow injury for months, I saw Dr. Allan—and the improvement was immediate. His knowledge, intuition, and hands-on skill are exceptional. I would not trade him for another practitioner.
I’ve trusted Dr. Allan for over 20 years, and now my entire family sees him. His ability to integrate multiple techniques and truly understand the body is remarkable. After one session, my pain was gone the next day. He is incredibly in tune with his patients and delivers lasting results.
You are an amazing doctor and human being. The time, care, and follow-up you provide are extraordinary. I can feel your love for what you do in every ounce of your being, and it makes a profound difference. Please know how deeply appreciated you are.

Yes. Many people come in with pain, stiffness, or chronic discomfort. By improving how your body moves and functions, you begin addressing the root cause—not just the symptoms. As movement improves, pain often decreases naturally.
That’s exactly why this approach exists. Most people have never been taught how their movement patterns contribute to their pain. When you begin working with awareness and movement education, you finally start addressing what’s been missing.
No experience is needed. Everything is taught step-by-step in a simple, accessible way so you can start where you are and build confidence quickly.
Movement education is the process of learning how your body actually moves—and how to move in ways that support healing, efficiency, and long-term health. It’s not just exercise—it’s awareness, control, and understanding.
It depends on your body and how long you’ve been dealing with your health issue(s). Think of it like going to the gym—at first, you may feel some discomfort as your body adapts. Within the first week, many people begin to notice improvement. With consistency and awareness, those changes become lasting results.
Start with the RISE Mastery Circle or a beginner program designed to introduce the fundamentals. From there, you’ll build the habits and awareness that create lasting change.
Yes. When you understand movement, alignment, and functional patterns more deeply, your treatments become more effective. You’re no longer just treating symptoms—you’re helping address the underlying cause.

Most training focuses on techniques. This approach focuses on how you use your body, how your patient moves, and how everything connects. It fills the gaps that traditional education often overlooks.

Yes. One of the core focuses of this training is helping you work more efficiently with less physical strain. As your mechanics improve, you’ll be able to deliver better results while protecting your own body and extending the longevity of your career.
